Dominion Names Two New Officers

RICHMOND, Va. - Dominion (NYSE: D), one of the nation's largest energy companies, has named Anne Grier to the position of vice president-Human Resources and Dave Green as vice president-Customer Service. The appointments became effective
July 1.

Grier succeeds Tony Manning, who retired July 1. Grier, who was director-Executive Compensation, will report to Mary Doswell, president-Dominion Resources Services.

Grier, 54, joined Dominion in 1981 and has served the company in a number of human resources and other positions, including director-Investor Relations. She was appointed director-Executive Compensation in 2000.

A native of Statesville, N.C., she has a bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama and an MBA from American University.

 

Green fills a new position that is responsible for all customer service operations in the five states where Dominion delivers energy to more than 4 million retail customers. He will report to Tom Hyman, senior vice president-Customer Service and Planning.

Green, 44, joined Dominion in 1980 and has served the company in a number of customer service, finance and business service positions. His previous position was managing director-Billing & Credit.

A Virginia Beach, Va., native, Green received a bachelor's degree in economics from Old Dominion University and completed his MBA from Old Dominion in 1992.
