Dominion East Ohio Promotes Bruce Klink to President

CLEVELAND - Dominion East Ohio has promoted Bruce C. Klink to president. In his new position, Klink oversees all aspects of Dominion's Ohio natural gas distribution company, including production, gathering, storage, distribution, and transmission assets.

Cleveland-based Dominion East Ohio serves 1.2 million customers in northeast Ohio, Marietta and Lima, and is the flagship natural gas distribution company of Dominion, which is headquartered in Richmond, Virginia.

Klink has more than 30 years experience in the energy marketplace, focusing on pricing and regulation. His most recent assignment was vice president of Gas Regulation for Dominion's natural gas distribution companies in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Klink also has held officer level positions in electric regulation, gas supply, sales and marketing, and human resources. He joined Consolidated Natural Gas Company (CNG) in 1973, and CNG later merged with Dominion.

"Bruce Klink has an extensive amount of experience in the natural gas business, and he understands the complexities of the changing regulatory environment," said Paul D. Koonce, chief executive officer, Dominion Energy. "He also has a comprehensive understanding of the Northeast Ohio community and the unique customer needs that exist within this service territory. Mr. Klink will serve with distinction in his new capacity."

Klink received a bachelor's degree in business from Penn State University in 1972. He earned a master of business administration degree from Duquesne University in 1975.

Klink serves on the Boards of The American Red Cross - Greater Cleveland Chapter, The Western Reserve Historical Society and Omegaflex Incorporated.
