Dominion Announces Shift in Responsibilities of Two Senior Officers

RICHMOND, Va., Feb. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Dominion (NYSE: D) announced today that Diane Leopold and Paul E. Ruppert will trade job responsibilities. Effective April 1, Leopold will become senior vice president-Dominion Transmission, and Ruppert will become senior vice president-Business Development & Generation Construction.

Leopold, who will report to Dominion Energy CEO Gary L. Sypolt, will be responsible for a gas transmission system that has links to other major pipelines and to markets in the Midwest, mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions of the United States. Dominion Transmission also operates the nation's largest underground natural gas storage system.

Ruppert, who will report to Dominion Generation CEO David A. Christian, will manage all new utility and merchant generation and generation-related environmental projects. He will also be responsible for maintaining the projects' safety, timelines and budgets.
