"This exceptional partnership helps students use and strengthen their skills in mathematics and science while learning about energy-related topics and the environment," said William C. The program is open to schools and institutions to benefit students in grades K-12 in nine states where Dominion does business: Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia and West Virginia.  The foundation expects to award about $300,000 in grants.
