Dominion Announces Paul E. Ruppert to Become Senior Vice President

RICHMOND, Va., April 1, 2009 -- Dominion announced today that Paul E. Ruppert has been named senior vice president-Dominion Transmission, effective June 1. He is currently vice president-Pipeline Engineering & Plant Operations.

Thomas F. Farrell II, chairman, president and chief executive officer, said:
