Dominion to Participate at Citigroup Utilities Conference

RICHMOND, Va. – Dominion (NYSE: D) President and Chief Executive Officer Tom Farrell will participate in two panel discussions at the Citigroup Power, Gas & Utilities Conference on Thursday, March 2, 2006 in Miami, FL. The first panel, which will be focused on how to manage dynamic risks and create positive shareholder returns, is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. ET. The focus of the second panel, which is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET, will be E&P value creation strategies.
