RICHMOND, Va., April 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Dominion (NYSE: D) is the top-ranked U.S. utility on Forbes magazine's 2015 "America's Best Employers" list. "On behalf of Dominion's 15,000 employees, we are delighted to receive this honor. Our dedicated team of men and women stand side-by-side every day, doing important work safely and well to serve our customers, our communities and our shareholders – and that is the principal reason Dominion is a great place to work."
Farrell said that in addition to competitive pay and benefits, the company's programs to support military veterans, opportunities for community service, and focus on safety, ethics, diversity and employee wellness rate highly with Dominion employees.
